Just ignore the trolls, and don't let them get to you. While you are out enjoying life and LIVING, those nasty folk are hunched over their keyboard 20 hours a day trying to find someones life to make as miserable as their own. Fortunately, they won't succeed with you and Geoff.
If you need any colourful parrot pics to help brighten your day, you know where to look (I've got some cool ones up).

Doctor S. - The trail starts just outside downtown Juneau. I made it to about 2,200-2,300 feet before the possibility of avalanche danger and my lack of an ice ax to arrest potentially disastrous falls turned me back. All the mountains in Juneau are like this, dropping straight into the sea. That's why the summer hiking here is so epic and good mountain bike trails are almost nonexistant.
About that link ... I haven't updated my blogroll in a long, long time. But I'll try to get around to it soon.
